Legal draft

Terms and Conditions

Draft website terms requiring legal review before production publication.

Draft for legal review. This language is an operational starting point, not legal advice or an approved policy.

Informational content

Proposed initiatives are not promises of delivery or assistance. Program availability, eligibility, budget, timing, and geographic coverage require explicit approval.

Acceptable use

Users must not submit false, harmful, unlawful, abusive, or infringing information; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with the platform; or misuse another person’s personal information.

Changes and availability

Content and services may change after review. Final governing law, dispute process, limitation wording, and grievance details require legal approval.

Applications and volunteer registrations

Submitting information does not create employment, a volunteer assignment, a sponsorship contract or an entitlement to assistance. Records may be reviewed, checked for safety and eligibility, closed when incomplete, or declined under an approved policy.

Payments and receipts

A payment is not verified merely because a browser displays a success page. Any live payment must be confirmed through the approved provider and database record. Receipt wording, tax representations, cancellations and refunds are governed by approved policies and applicable eligibility.

Content ownership and responsible sharing

Campaign text, designs and approved media may not be copied in a way that misrepresents endorsement, fundraising authority or a beneficiary’s identity. Third-party rights, consent restrictions and illustrative-image labels must be respected when links are shared.
